📦 Orders & Delivery
I did not receive my order, what do I do now? +
First, give it a little time, then contact support if it still hasn't arrived. Most orders start within minutes, but delivery is paced to look natural, so larger orders can take hours or a few days to finish.
A few things to check first:
- Make sure your account or page is set to public. We can't deliver to private profiles.
- Confirm you entered the correct username or post link at checkout. A typo or wrong link is the most common reason an order stalls.
- Check that the link points to the exact profile, post, or video you want, not a different one.
If your profile is public, the details are correct, and nothing has arrived, message support with your order number. We'll check the delivery log against your account and fix it. Since 2018 we've delivered 160,000+ orders, so we've sorted out every kind of delivery hiccup there is.
Why are my followers dropping? +
Some natural drop is normal on every account, regardless of where the followers came from. Social platforms run regular account audits and remove inactive or deactivated profiles, so any account loses a few followers over time. That's true for organic followers too.
For Buzzmio orders, our retention rate sits above 95%, because we deliver from real, active accounts rather than the disposable bots cheaper services use. If you see a larger drop than that, it's covered. I no longer want the followers I purchased, can they be removed? +
No, delivered followers can't be selectively removed once they're on your account. We deliver real accounts through public-facing actions, which means we don't have access to remove them later, and neither manual removal nor a reversal is something the platforms allow from our side.
If you want fewer followers, you can remove them yourself from your account, most platforms let you remove or block a follower from your follower list. If there was a problem with the order itself, like the wrong package or a delivery error, contact support within 30 days and we'll work out a fix or refund under our refund policy.
How do I stop follower replenishment? +
Just contact support and ask us to turn off replenishment for your order. Replenishment (our refill guarantee) automatically tops up any followers that drop within the guarantee window. It's on by default because most people want it.
If you'd rather we leave your count exactly as is and not add replacements, send a quick message to support@buzzmio.com with your order number and we'll switch it off for that order. No fee, no hassle.
How often does replenishment occur? +
Replenishment runs whenever your count drops below the delivered amount, within the guarantee window. It isn't on a fixed schedule. We check against the delivery log when you report a drop, or during periodic reviews, and top up the difference.
The guarantee window is 30 days for most services and 6 months for YouTube subscribers. Refills are paced the same way as the original delivery, so the growth curve stays natural. Outside the window, replenishment ends, though your real followers generally stay put well beyond it.
📈 Order Limits
How many followers can I buy? +
You can buy anywhere from 100 followers up to 100,000 or more, depending on the platform. Standard packages scale in steps (100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, and higher), and custom quantities are available if you need a size between tiers or above the listed packages.
One tip: keep the order proportional to your current size. Adding 25,000 followers to a 100-follower account looks unnatural and can slow your reach while the algorithm adjusts. If you're not sure what size fits your account, contact support and we'll recommend one.
How many likes can I buy? +
You can buy from 50 likes up to 50,000 or more per order. Likes can go on a single post or be split across several posts, just add the links at checkout. Like packages scale the same way followers do, from small test packs to large campaign volumes, with custom quantities on request.
For the best effect, match the like count to your post's view count so the numbers look believable together. A few thousand likes on a post with a few hundred views looks off. If you want help sizing an order, support can guide you.
💳 Refunds & Payments
What is your refund policy? +
You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee if we don't deliver what you ordered. If an order doesn't arrive within the agreed window, or the amount delivered doesn't match the package you paid for, contact support within 30 days with your order number and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds apply to delivery failures and order errors. Once an order is delivered correctly and in full, it's considered complete, since the followers, likes, or views are already on your account. For anything in between, message support and we'll work it out fairly.
What are acceptable methods of payment? +
We accept all major cards, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency. Your options at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major coins
Every payment runs through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How do I pay if I do not have a credit card? +
You have several card-free options. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay with:
- PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a linked bank account
- Apple Pay or Google Pay, tied to a debit card or bank account
- A debit card directly, which works the same as a credit card at checkout
- Cryptocurrency, if you hold any
PayPal is the most popular card-free choice since it lets you check out without entering any card number at all. Pick whichever option you have and complete the order as normal.
Do you accept PayPal? +
Yes, we accept PayPal. It's one of the most-used payment methods on the site. At checkout, select PayPal, log into your PayPal account, and confirm the payment. You can pay from your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card attached to your PayPal, whatever you have set up. The whole thing is encrypted and processed as a single charge.
My credit card was declined, what do I do now? +
First, double-check the card details, then try an alternative method if it still won't go through. A decline usually comes from one of a few things:
- A typo in the card number, expiry date, or security code
- Insufficient balance or a daily spending limit on the card
- Your bank flagging an online or international purchase as unusual
Re-enter the details carefully and try once more. If it's still declined, your bank may have blocked the transaction, a quick call to them usually clears it. Or just switch to another method like PayPal, a different card, or crypto. If none of that works, contact support@buzzmio.com and we'll help you get the order through.
