Buzzmio is owned and operated by Buzzmio (Registration Number: HE478569, registered office at 500 N Michigan Ave, Suite 600, Chicago, IL 60611, USA).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use or access our website.
Use License
We grant you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Buzzmio website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any public display, commercial or non-commercial
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Buzzmio website
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials
- Transfer the materials to anyone else, or mirror them on another server
This license ends automatically if you break any of these rules, and we may end it at any time. When the license ends, you must destroy any materials you've downloaded, whether digital or printed.

Buzzmio is intended for personal use to grow your own social media presence. You agree to use our Services lawfully and in line with the rules of the platforms involved. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that breaks the law or any platform's terms
- Use the Services to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm anyone
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without our written permission
- Misrepresent metrics obtained through our Services in any deceptive way
You are responsible for making sure your use of our Services follows all laws and regulations that apply to you. We reserve the right to suspend or end Services for anyone who breaks these Terms or any applicable law.
Disclaimer
The materials on the Buzzmio website are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant or make representations about the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials on our website or any sites linked to it.
Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Buzzmio and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the materials or Services on the Buzzmio website, even if we've been told such damage was possible. Some jurisdictions don't allow limits on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
Billing
Payments on Buzzmio are processed through secure, verified payment gateways. No sensitive financial information is entered directly on our website. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Buzzmio and/or its authorized payment processors.
Your agreement. By purchasing our Services, you confirm that you understand what you are buying, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will not file a fraudulent dispute through your card issuer or payment institution.
Fraudulent disputes. If a fraudulent dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to remove any followers, likes, views, or other engagement already delivered, suspend or terminate your account, and submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider. You agree to contact our support team to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal.
Revisions and Errata
The materials on the Buzzmio website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We don't warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may change the materials at any time without notice, but we don't commit to updating them.
Links
We haven't reviewed every site linked from our website and aren't responsible for the content of any linked site. A link doesn't imply our endorsement. You use any linked site at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Buzzmio website is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Illinois, United States for resolving any disputes.
Platform Independence and Service Terms
- Buzzmio is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their partners in any way.
- It is your sole responsibility to comply with each platform's rules and any laws that apply to you. You use Buzzmio at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including any restriction, suspension, or ban of your social media account for any reason.
- We require only your public username or post/profile link to deliver the Services. We do not ask for your password and never need access to your account. We do not store, sell, or share your username with third parties.
- While we cannot guarantee an exact number of followers, likes, views, or other engagement, we do everything we can to meet your expectations. If your order is not fully delivered, contact support and we will make it right.
- We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our Services.
- You are responsible for keeping your account set to "public" and not changing your username while an order is in progress. Downtime caused by switching to "private" or changing your username does not entitle you to a refund for that period.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or part of our Services or content at any time, without notice and without liability.
Refunds
General policy
If you are not satisfied with our followers, likes, views, comments, or other engagement Services, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be made through our support team at support@buzzmio.com.
What is not eligible
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Free credits or promotional Services
- Services that have been fully delivered and confirmed
- Orders linked to an account that has violated these Terms
How the refund process works
- Contact support with your order number and a clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
- Our team reviews the request and lets you know within 3 to 5 business days whether it's approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, generally within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our right to deny a refund
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we find:
- Any attempt to abuse or exploit the refund policy
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer across the same or different Services
- A failure to follow these Terms
Once an order has been fully delivered and confirmed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. If you have any issue with delivery or quality, contact support before the 30-day window closes. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
Subscriptions (Automatic Delivery)
Subscription plans
Some Services may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions"), such as plans that deliver likes or similar engagement automatically over a recurring period. When you buy a Subscription, you authorize Buzzmio and/or its payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate, including any taxes, until you cancel.
Billing cycle and auto-renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, starting on the date of your first purchase. Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, your Subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
No proration; refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and non-prorated once charged, except where the law requires otherwise or where the Refunds section above says otherwise. If you cancel mid-period, you typically won't receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.
How subscription delivery works
Subscription delivery applies to your new content going forward. While your Subscription is active, engagement may be delivered to new posts you publish during the active period. It does not cover posts published before the Subscription started or after it ends.
To keep service quality high and prevent abuse, subscription delivery is limited to a maximum of four new posts per account per calendar day. Posts beyond this daily limit may receive no subscription delivery and won't be carried over, credited, or refunded. We may adjust this limit as part of our operational and abuse-prevention controls.
Delivery schedule and account requirements
- Schedule. Delivery happens over time during the billing period. Daily amounts, timing, and pacing may vary, and we don't guarantee an exact schedule. We may adjust pacing for operational, platform, risk, or quality reasons.
- Account eligibility. You're responsible for keeping your account eligible during the Subscription, including keeping it public and not changing your username. If your account becomes ineligible, delivery may pause and we aren't responsible for any resulting shortfall.
- Interruptions. Services may be interrupted or delayed due to maintenance, platform changes, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We may resume delivery when possible but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Payment failures
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause delivery until payment goes through. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a Subscription or your access to the Services for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Changes to subscription pricing or plans
We may change subscription pricing, features, or plans from time to time. If a change affects your Subscription, we'll provide notice as required by law. Unless stated otherwise, pricing changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you don't agree, cancel before the new price applies.
